Letter of Invitation for Visa
An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the 15th biennial International Mesothelioma Interest Meeting 2020 (iMig 2020) will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form and full payment have been received.
Registration cancellations received in writing at the iMig 2020 Conference Secretariat’s address before Monday, February 10, 2020 will be accepted and all fees refunded, less a USD 75 administrative fee (as per Committee policy). Cancellations received on or after Monday, February 10, 2020 will not be refunded; however, transfer of your registration to another person is acceptable. This can be done by re-accessing your registration.
Additional Welcome Reception tickets & Conference Dinner tickets can be cancelled without penalty up to Friday, February 22, 2020. After this date, no refunds will be issued.
In the unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled, travel and accommodation costs will not be refunded.
